Sydney's bd number 4

Sydney's bd was celebrated twice. One with Pucho, Papi, JP and her (while I was away) and then with all out friends here in Zurich. It was a nice gathering: a scavenger hunt, food, singing and dancing were the highlights. Thanks to all of you who were able to come and celebrate Syd's 4th birthday.
On a side note, Syd is developing fantasticly thank God. She is doing great physically and mentally, trying to catch up to her brother on every aspect. Time flies! Just 4 years ago, there was a snow storm on the way to the hospital and soon JP was watching how Sydney was coming to this world.

We look forward to yet another year to see her (and JP) grow to her potential.

Another weekend without the family

From March 4 to the 8th, I had to go to Budapest for a training. I had a great time learning some new stuff and having a hotel room all for me! nobody waking me up, did not have to wait for a turn in the bathroom... it was heaven.
Jim again stepped up to the plate and took the kids for the weekend and went to the ski weekend in Arosa, Switzerland with the kids and Pucho. They had a blast and must importantly, everybody came back in one piece! My dad loved seeing the mountains and JP and Jim had some skiing time.

Marzo 1ro

Mientras yo me fui a un torneo de Basket con mi equipo de 9 niñas de la escuela, Jim se quedo con los niños y Pucho en Zurich. Se fueron a nadar a las aguas termales y a visitar el castillo de Baden (no hay fotos disponibles). También asistieron al Fasnacht (lo equivalente a un carnival) en Zurich.
